Laugh at all that "NATO is obsolete" stuff, but he agrees to the accession of Montenegro and persuades members to cough up more.
Guffaw at all that "Stay out of Syria" stuff, but at the first opportunity he bombs Syria killing Syrian military and civilians, and is building secret bases in Syria in violation of American and International law.
Chortle at all that "Saudi Arabia did 9/11" stuff, but then he does the Saudi sword dance, signs a $350 billion weapons and defence deal with the Saudis, and forges an alliance with the Saudis (who did really do 9/11 and really did unleash the Jihadis) against Iran (who didn't do 9/11 and is actually fighting the Jihadis).
